I got a couple of these, I have read you can use a blue Cisco rollover cable to connect them. Does anyone know how to connect to them using this wire? Thank you.

Hi jmakejew and welcome to the forums!
I've moved your post to the Motorola Wireless LAN Switches board. You can use the standard Cisco console cable, just configure your terminal emulator for 19200-8-N-1.
You can refer to this blog post;

Good Luck!
