DHCP cannot work
« on: December 08, 2011, 10:57:23 AM »
Hi ALL

I configurate one AP6511 with DHCP, I can get the IP when i access SSID.

But I use the same config on another AP6511 doesn't work, no IP lease. Please advise. Thanks

1.WinG5 5.2
2. Configuration -> DHCP Server Policy ->DHCP Pool
3. Profile -> Device -> Service

Best regards
Roy

I had a product roadmap from Motorola on Wednesday and I saw the AP6511 for the first time. It's a very small but very neat solution... it essentially replaces a wall jack and provides a single 802.11n radio. It's great for providing WiFi in a single room (classroom).

I can't say what your issue is Roy... are there any logs?

Good Luck!

can you please disable the firewall and retry, also run the debug dhcpsrv all to see some outputs on CLI. (don't forget to set the logging settings for debug )
