Position Overview:
Service Technician: Forma Technology seeks a dynamic individual to join our Team.  The successful candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent intrapersonal skills.  The successful applicant will be required to work directly with Clients and may be required to travel on occasion.  Extensive knowledge of the Nortel CS-1000 and Business Communication Manager product lines is required.  Extensive knowledge of related applications (CallPilot, Contact Center, Integrated Applications, etc.) is also required.  Avaya Data Product Portfolio, experience a plus.

Interfacing with clients and staff
Client support & consultation (CS-1000 & BCM Lines)
Proof of concept
Implementation (system installation/MAC)
Occasional project management/support
Occasional travel may be required

Nortel CS-1000 support specialist and/or expert certifications (CS-1000, CCM, CallPilot, etc.)
Nortel BCM support specialist and/or expert certifications (BCM and related applications)

Responsible for the new business acquisition of SMBE and enterprise business customers. Essential Functions:
