NNM incident triggering issue

I am using HP NNM, It triggers an alert for one interface but not other one on the same node and node group. When i check for monitoring settings both are same and incidents are configured for events.what could be the issue?

You should be able to look at the action log... are you saying the SNMP trap is not being received or the action is not triggering?
