We're looking to replace our aging Nortel VPN 1700 Router and are currently at either a Cisco ASA 5550 or a Juniper 240 (or 650) SRX. We're really focusing in Branch Office Tunnel (BOT) connectivity. Our endusers will be connecting to a Juniper Secure Access 4000 Cluster for SSL VPN.

Any recommendations?

I prefer Juniper for VPN termination only because I have had less hassle when dealing with the multiple different VPN clients that people use away from the office.

However, over the past few months with V8.x of the ASA software I have begun to accept hat Cisco have got things near right again.
