Please be as detailed as possible and remember to include the following pieces of information;

• switch models
• software version
• screenshot or exact error message

For really complex issues a diagram and "show tech" output is usually extremely helpful.

Please just remember that no one here is getting paid to provide you help.

If your problem is extremely complex we might suggest that you contact the vendor or a consultant for support.
