New Site Moderator

I'm very happy to announce that Paul Leroux (@paulypaul) has accepted an invitation to become a site moderator. Paul has been a great resource and very helpful to a great many visitors to this forum so he was an obvious choice in my mind.

Paul is a NCTS (Nortel Certified Technology Specialist), NCDS (Nortel Certified Design Specialist) and is continuing his quest for the NCDE (Nortel Certified Design Expert) certification so he's a great resource for Nortel/Avaya equipment.

Thank you for the offer.  Time to hit the ground running, but after the holiday season and once school is over I will be able to help you out even more.   

I am looking forward to spending more time on the board and building the member base.
